I have decided to edit my business blog and take all my personal stuff (weightloss and everything about Nate and the Autism testing process) and keep it all separate.
So the next few posts will be just copied and pasted from my other blog
But today is Day One of my new weight loss journey!
Day 1 106.1kg.
15kg to go
168 days to lose it (which is the equiv of 600gm/week)
A healthy me here I come
